Pocatello Neighborhood Housing Service is dedicated to improving the living conditions and quality of life in Pocatello's older neighborhoods through rehab and redevelopment of targeted properties.
It has been our pleasure to work with PNHS on over 30 projects involving the redevelopment of properties in Pocatello. Many of these projects have involved work in the historic areas of town where our scope of work included evaluating the existing homes in the area to provide a complimentary and unique design to fit the character of the neighborhood. We also provided design work for the first newly constructed, fully handicap accessible, low income home in Pocatello for a client of PNHS.

Bring the chief home
A special project sponsored by Valley Pride
Ted participated in the "Bring the Chief Home" project to erect a monument to Pocatello's namesake, Chief Pocatello. Ted designed the site configuration for the monument as well as coordinating the development and construction of the monument located on the South side of town near Interstate 15. We also participated in fundraising for the project and were able to help facilitate in obtaining donated materials and labor from local contractors. You can read more about the history of the project on the Valley Pride website.
