Medical Clinic - 

 This medical facility in Blackfoot Idaho will house an Urgent Care Clinic as well as a private practice. This model was constructed to assist the client in visualizing the scale of the building and how it relates to the architectual details.  The building features tapered rock columns large overhangs and exposed timber elements.







Professional Office Building- 

This new building is being constructed by Briscoe Builders in Chubbuck and features two suites with 1350 square feet each.

Boise Storage Condos-

This new facilty is a condominium developement for the stoage of RV equipement and are equipped with heat and independant power metering. The facilities provide over 176,000 square feet of secure climate controlled space in 12 buildings.

Pocatello Power Sports- Under Consrtuction

PPS is in the process of a major expansion to their existing facility providing them with an updated image and additional space for showroom, service and parts. Pocatello Power Sports is OPEN during the remodel.

Auto Repair Shop-

This new facility is currently being built for a client to fit their specific needs and includes features such as a drive through service shop and dedicated detail bay. The building also includes office, storage, and waiting areas. The shop area has windows high on the walls that provide natural light while maintaining security.

A&I Distribution Facility-

This 15,000 sqft facility has been designed for a client involved in the distbution of petroluem products and has been engineered to meet compliance of the highest standards for Safety as required by several departments with regulatory authority over this type of business.

Snake River Supply -

This new 12000 foot light industrial facility is a hibrid structure consisting of a steel building with conventionally framed interior partitions as required for the clients operations. In addition to warehouse space the building has office and showroom areas.
