Day Care -

This existing Daycare facility is currently being added on to and completey remodeled. The facility will be completely state of the art when completed and feature architectual details that provide a strong sense of security.


Pool House -

This two story residential pool house was designed to not only to house a year round swimming pool but to take advantage of the surrounding views. The large amount of operable glazing on the lower lever allows convienient access to the exterior decks and required special consideration with the stuctural configuation. Steel moment frames are concealed within the walls to keep the building as solid as the underlying founation. A second story loft apartment provides acomadations for visiting guests.

Willies Pit Stop -

This existing gas station in Old Town Pocatello built in the 30's has undergone several partial remodels during it's existance. It is now undergoing a complete modernization and rehab with an addition. The This time critical project is moving forward at a rapid pace so the client can reopen for buiness as soon as possible. The design was planned so the facility could remain open as long as possible before shutting down.



Boise Storage Condos-

This new facilty is a condominium developement for the stoage of RV equipment and are equipped with heat and independant power metering. The facilities provide over 176,000 square feet of secure climate controlled space in 12 buildings.

A&I Distribution Facility-

This 15,000 sqft facility has been designed for a client involved in the distbution of petroluem products and has been engineered to meet compliance of the highest standards for Safety as required by several departments with regulatory authority over this type of business.
