Chief Pocatello Monument-

We worked with the Valley Pride Group in the placement of this monument. The site was designed to reflect the heritage of the local Native American Tribes. Ted also worked on the committee responsable for cordination the various contractors involved.

Medical Clinic -

This medical facility in Blackfoot Idaho house's an Urgent Care Clinic as well as a private practice. This model was constructed to assist the client in visualizing the scale of the building and how it relates to the architectual details. The building features tapered rock columns, large overhangs and exposed timber elements.


The building is now nearing completion, and should soon be open for use.

Advantage Building -

This is a four story brick building Designed by Ted for Advatage Credit Union. While the building was designed to look like an old colonial structure, the building is in fact a fully modernized Banking Facility. Features include a full brick facade with hip roof and dormers. The windows and dormers are scaled to the size of the building and are fairly substantial in size. There are patio decks accessable from each floor so occupants can step outside for fresh air easily. Many of the windows and decks feature spectacular views of the countryside. The building is nearing completion and is now occupied.

Ashley Furniture -

This new facility in Pocatello Square features large windows to naturally daylight the displays and mechandise. The entire facility was designed to a very high standard to reflect the quality of the products the owner is providing.

 This state of the art facility has been built in Chubbuck and features the finest of ammenities for their coustomers.

Pocatello Power Sports-

PPS is in the process of completing a major expansion to their existing facility providing them with an updated image and additional space for showroom, service and parts. Pocatello Power Sports has been able to remain OPEN during the remodel.

Pocatello Square is a commercial redelopement site. A number of the buildings were designed here in our office, including Ashley, Aarons, Jensen Jewelers, as well as some of the smaller retail units.

Auto Repair Shop-

This new facility is currently being built for a client to fit their specific needs and includes features such as a drive through service shop and dedicated detail bay. The building also includes office, storage, and waiting areas. The shop area has windows high on the walls that provide natural light while maintaining security.

SEICCA - Muti-family transitional housing

This completed facility is located in Southern Pocatello and is typical Branch offices we design for the Credit Union

Industrial Tool and Supply-
This all new structure was designed by Booth Architecture with expansion in mind. The interior features exposed spiral duct work and trusses as well as sealed concrete. The interior is as functional as it is durable, and provides and appropriate setting for the client to properly merchandise the products they sell.

Family Fun Center-

Outer Limits Fun Zone, is a family entertainment facility, we worked with the client to provide a facility that met their specific needs. The Owner took a very hands on approach in the completion of the facility, and were able to produce a very unique and distinctive atmosphere for their venue.

Snake River Supply -

This new 12000 foot light industrial facility is a hibrid structure consisting of a steel building with conventionally framed interior partitions as required for the clients operations. In addition to warehouse space the building has office and showroom areas.

This is an example of a dated structure our office re-imaged for a client. Each of the individual tennant spaces were given unique facades.
